Down through time there has always been a Master Beanmeister who traveled the world to acquire the best coffees available for the most unique balanced roasts. He became somewhat a philosopher and the knowledge was passed down through time creating a lineage of Beanmeisters. Today that Beanmeister resides in the Northwest portion of America. He has picked a few choices of roasted Specialty Coffees . . . but who knows, he may add some great new roasts as time goes on.

The Attitude tab has great quotes on attitudes and reminds us of how so many of the "Greats" down through history knew the importance of Attitude. Many used different words such as "enthusiasm" or "passion" but without a good attitude the other qualities would be all but meaningless.
